As the school buses begin rolling and families settle back into their routines, it may feel like summer is coming to a close. But here in New Smyrna Beach, we're lucky—our best beach weather is far from over!

One of the many reasons I love living here is that we continue to enjoy warm sunshine, beautiful ocean breezes, and outdoor living well into the fall and early winter. It's the perfect time to take morning walks on the beach, enjoy waterfront dining, paddle the Intracoastal, or simply relax and watch another breathtaking sunset.

Even though the summer crowds begin to thin, our coastal lifestyle continues. Many locals will tell you this is one of their favorite times of the year to enjoy everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer.

Whether you're a longtime resident, thinking about making the move, or dreaming of owning your own place near the beach, there's never a bad season to enjoy life on Florida's east coast.
