It’s still wild to us that colors get a dedicated shoutout as “the” pick for a single year, but that’s the name of the game in the real estate world!

All the big paint firms have released their choices for 2024. It’s quite the variety to choose from, and we can see a few of them really work in some NSB properties! Valspar’s Renew Blue is a very pretty shade that helps sell the oceanic vibe we often go for here. Pantone’s Peach Fuzz is also just a nice color to look at in general – who doesn’t like peaches? 🍑

It’s easy to think that the market is easy for sellers… but you’d be surprised of the common mistakes sellers are making before they get a chance to even LIST their home.

1. Make the space as neutral as possible for potential buyers to “see” the property as their own. Remove loud colors and personal pictures.
2. Wasting money on renovations that don’t matter. Talk to your trusted Realtor about the risk / reward of spending time renovating areas of your home.
3. Not being accommodating to showing schedules. You want as many eyes on your property as possible!

Another reason to love our slice of paradise – diverse options for the foodie in all of us! Our team LOVES this place for celebrating closings and... well, stopping by after a long work week. 😘

Norwoods always wants to make sure the vegan community feels included in the Norwoods experience. Here’s just a few of the options Chef Dennis and his team have come up with in the last few months.

The vegan menu rotates often and Norwoods keep two vegan entrees and a sandwich on the menu at all times. We also often offer vegan dinner specials and a plethora of vegetarian options.

A lot of our vegetables come from local farms and all of the vegetable peels and scraps head back to local farm animals through the Scrap the Waste Corporation. 🌱
