Topcon HiPer VR - Base & Rover Setup paired with a Topcon FC-5000 Data Collector, running Magnet Field & Office Software. The newest technology has Amazing capabilities that impress me more and more with every use.

Any type of online map will give you an idea of the property size and shape, but not by any means, is it accurate enough to use for measuring Precise distances or locations..
