These buyers were originally working with an out-of-area agent but kept reaching out with questions, feeling overwhelmed and honestly a little defeated after coming by my Open House. Instead of stepping in the way, I did what I believe is the right in this business, I connected with their agent.

Listing this condo for the parents of a childhood friend was truly such an honor. There’s something special about being trusted by people who have known you for so long makes this business even more personal for me.
With the current buyer’s market, strategy matters more than ever. Knowing exactly where and how to market this one made all the difference. And this one? A top floor, corner unit right on the Intracoastal… it was just waiting for the perfect buyer to come along and they did.

I had the opportunity to represent both sides of this sale, and it truly reminded me why relationships in real estate matter so much.
My seller found me online while looking to purchase investment properties. From day one, his trust in me never wavered. Even when we had to walk away from a deal, he leaned in, trusted the process, and kept moving forward. At one point, he was unknowingly in town and once I completed final walkthrough and updated him, he was like awesome! Let's meet! That level of trust isn’t something I take lightly.
When it came time to list this home, the right buyer showed up in the most full-circle way. Someone I had known years ago reached out, nervous and unsure, saying “next year” had somehow turned into a decade. Sound familiar?
This home wasn’t even on her list, but I knew it was the one.
She gave it a chance, we explored other options just to be sure, and guess what, she kept coming back to it. That feeling doesn’t lie.

This one? Whew… this one was for the books 😅
Over a YEAR of searching.
So. Many. Showings.
“The one” that got away 💔
Another that wasn’t the right fit 🙃
And then… this one hits the market

🔥 Multiple offers (because of course it did)

But here’s the part people don’t always see…
👉 Relationships matter.

This closing was one for the books! ❤️ 🏡
THIS is why I love what I do and why I truly value the relationships I have with fellow agents. It’s never “me versus them.” We are both here to do our jobs and protect our clients, but when you’re working with agents you know, trust, and respect, it makes all the difference.
We hit a little bump at the final walkthrough due to an oversight on the seller’s side. It could have easily turned into a cancellation, but instead of termination, there was teamwork. I was able to work directly with the agent on the other side, communicate clearly, and get it resolved so my buyers could close with confidence.
And now they finally have their pool home after months of searching 🏡☀️
Deals don’t fall apart because of problems. They fall apart because of poor communication. I’m grateful for colleagues who collaborate, stay professional, and focus on solutions.
This one was a win all around and a reminder of why relationships in this industry matter 💛

Alright, social media, I’m playing a little game of catch-up 👋😉
I wrapped up 2025 feeling incredibly blessed by my clients, my community, and every single referral. I truly cannot thank you all enough for the support you’ve shown me and continue to show me. Because of YOU, I was able to help people buy their first homes, families move into bigger spaces, some find their forever homes, and others step into investment properties.
But because of you, it didn’t stop there. I was also able to give back by donating to a local elementary school, participating in the American Teach-In with Mallorie Butler, sponsoring and donating to The Upward Trend Academy, showing up for community events, bringing Santa to town, and attending the Florida Realtor Convention to keep learning and growing in this ever-changing career so I can better serve YOU.
