The Beautiful thing about all 3 of these properties, is they were all acquired differently, and I am going to tell you why YOUR referrals, YOUR kind words, YOUR reviews, make the difference in my business!

Pelican Bay was a personal referral to her family. The home needed work, was a unique situation but after listing and reaching out to several investors, we ended up with multiple offers getting the price up!

Thomasina was a seller who found me online after searching and reading my reviews! She was a lawyer out of state and wanted someone local to be able to handle probate deals, and facilitate having work done and be her boots on the ground here! Again, ended up with multiple offers and a buyer who acquired this pool home as their first investment home!

Sabal was a teacher who picked up a flyer from her school that Mallorie Butler and I visited and asked the principal who highly recommended us! She was a first time home buyer who utilized her VA loan with Hometown heroes funds AND bought a home and ended up getting her car paid off by the seller? YES!

I love a challenge!
These buyers were originally working with an out-of-area agent but kept reaching out with questions, feeling overwhelmed and honestly a little defeated after coming by my Open House. Instead of stepping in the way, I did what I believe is the right in this business, I connected with their agent.
I shared their concerns, offered to help, and made it clear I wasn’t there to cut anyone out. With a referral in place, we teamed up to give her clients the best opportunity, and save her hours of drive time and research on what was local knowledge to me!

Listing this condo for the parents of a childhood friend was truly such an honor. There’s something special about being trusted by people who have known you for so long makes this business even more personal for me.

I had the opportunity to represent both sides of this sale, and it truly reminded me why relationships in real estate matter so much.
My seller found me online while looking to purchase investment properties. From day one, his trust in me never wavered. Even when we had to walk away from a deal, he leaned in, trusted the process, and kept moving forward. At one point, he was unknowingly in town and once I completed final walkthrough and updated him, he was like awesome! Let's meet! That level of trust isn’t something I take lightly.
When it came time to list this home, the right buyer showed up in the most full-circle way. Someone I had known years ago reached out, nervous and unsure, saying “next year” had somehow turned into a decade. Sound familiar?
This home wasn’t even on her list, but I knew it was the one.
She gave it a chance, we explored other options just to be sure, and guess what, she kept coming back to it. That feeling doesn’t lie.
We were able to secure a home warranty, negotiate concessions to reduce her out-of-pocket costs, and get her into a home she truly loves.
And my seller? Already on to his next project 👏
This is what real estate means to me.
