Maintenance Technician – Prairie Meadows Townhomes
Location: New Town, North Dakota
Property: Prairie Meadows Townhomes
Prairie Meadows Townhomes is seeking a dependable, experienced Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and understands what it means to keep a property running smoothly. We are looking for someone who wants to work, solve problems, and help maintain a quality living environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems
Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
Turn vacant units and prepare them for new residents
Conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections
Maintain grounds and common areas as needed
Participate in emergency and after-hours maintenance calls when required
Qualifications
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work daily
