I think people are overlooking this home for the wrong reasons...

Just because a home isn’t brand new or fully updated doesn’t mean it isn’t a great home. Sometimes it means the home was loved, well maintained, and gives you the opportunity to make it your own instead of paying top dollar for trendy finishes you’ll probably want to change in 5 years anyway

This home offers peaceful country living, solid bones, and the ability to slowly update things over time while living comfortably from day one

I think too many people are overlooking the potential here… and honestly, I wouldn’t
