Because finding out about a leaky basement after closing is a lot less fun than finding out before. Transparency keeps deals smoother, buyers informed, and everyone sleeping a little better at night.

It may seem counterintuitive to a sale, but it’s best to be as transparent as possible. Not doing so could potentially kill a deal, making the home less attractive than it previously was.

Plus you would want to know what you’re buying right? It’s a two way street my friends.
