I made a post about Agents using AI to totaly fabricate not only a house but themselves, the way they look and the way they sound.
It was targeted at the industry as I have seen many do this. It is not ground breaking to any individual.
Since posting I have received many DM’s from people who thought I was targeting someone in particular. Truth is I hadn’t seen that persons post until after my post and others pointing it out. So I went to see and guess what, I was blocked.
If I hit a nerve with this then good! It’s the fakes that give the rest of the industry a bad reputation. Inwas told it was a fake you, fake house, fake people walking through, fake numbers , all fake! 🤷‍♂️

Have a buyer who switched lenders from a local lender to Navy Federal. No, He is not a Vet but can be sponsored by a family member who is a Vet. Reason is the first lender told him he needed a co-signer.
I previously have had more then 4 Navy Fed deals fall as they are simply of the worst lenders there are! Navy Fed loan officer swore she did her all her homework on borrower and he was good to go. It would be clean and fast.
Yep she was right, Communication was constant, got call for appraisal right away and set it up. Morning of appraisal received "The Call" from the appraiser. Appraisal cancelled!
Tried calling, Texting and emailing the loan officer and crickets.
Buyer also ghosted me.
Finally buyer answered, turns out her needs a co-signer. Wow, what a surprise!
Navy Federal is a fantastic place to do your banking but the WORST for a mortgage.
Remember, you have been warned!
