This past Wednesday was a first for me in my 11-year real estate career — 3 CLOSINGS in one day! 🏡🔑✨

It’s been a busy summer, and The Live Upstate Team at REMAX Benchmark Team is growing.

As I turn 40 this year, I can confidently say my negotiating skills are only getting sharper. 💪 I take representing my clients seriously, and I’m there every step of the way — from the first conversation to the closing table.

Maxwell ~ Thank you for keeping us grounded + present. Bodhi is so lucky to call you his father. One of my favorite quotes: “Attention is the purest form of love”; you give your whole heart to our son.

17 is the number that always reminds me of my Dad, Louie, in Heaven. He’s always stopping in to say hello 👋 I miss you every single day, and I still work hard to make you proud. The values, consideration, + humility you instilled by example is something I carry forward and will always cherish. You were simply the best. Thank you for all of the blessings, Daddy.

I REALIZED this week that 2026, is the last year of my 30’s. And while I am still young, I feel grateful to have acquired some considerable wisdom while on this earth. Most importantly, “treat others how you would like to be treated”, and that we are all human, so we are all equal + deserve to be treated that way♥️

I miss my Dad, my Uncle Marty, my Aunt Linda + my Uncle Jamie — who I was never blessed to meet.. they all died too young. I am grateful to be here, and walking through the depths of my grief has brought me to this other side..

So thankful for this life that I worked so hard to create + thankful for all the blessings along the way that helped push me here.

It’s beautiful outside, the birds are chirping and I have a cup of coffee in my hand. I know soon I will hear that patter of my son’s footsteps come down the stairs and I feel so lucky🍀
