Yes they are beautiful. Yes they are functional.

But did you know that spiral staircases in Feng shui are generally a non-no?

Spiral staircases found in certain spots in a home can create health issues.

Spiral staircases are representative of a “corkscrew,” and create energy disturbances.

Thankfully, there are ways to mitigate the energetic effects of a spiral staircase.

When choosing a home, think carefully about the spiral staircase and most importantly, call your Feng Shui Realtor.
