Six tools is not a system. It’s six logins and one very tired VA keeping everyone on the same page by hand.

The problem was never the software. It’s that none of it talks to each other, so somebody becomes the duct tape. Add another tool and you don’t fix it, you just get wrong faster.
The fix: audit what each one actually does, then build one system around them. Data entered once. Pulled from one place. The report writes itself.

If your team still copies data between tabs, that’s not a tech stack. That’s a part-time job nobody applied for.
