OUR STORY
It all started over a decade ago two colleagues discussing real estate investing during lunch break. Cem and Semih's discussion turned into a business plan, and the two purchased their first brownstone property. The building was in rough shape and they did a gut renovation of the property soon after. The success of the first engagement pushed them to acquire more and more properties
over time. In the meantime, Cem got his real estate license and became a full-time real estate professional. More properties meant more buildings to manage. Cem and Semih formed a team of real estate professionals, lawyers, plumbers, electricians, handymen, and cleaning crews to support their rentals. Over time, friends and family started asking them to manage their properties too, since they already had a team for managing their own properties. Suddenly, they found themselves doing property management most of the time and decided to start My Property Man. Cem and Semih have over a decade of experience rehabbing, flipping, renting, and managing properties in Brooklyn and they currently live in Bed-Stuy.

My Property Man’s 24/7 Maintenance Team handles all emergency, repair, and maintenance issues. My Property Man’s Administrative Team handles a range of financial and administrative tasks including rent and common charge collection, bill payment, contracting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budget planning, and owner representation. My Property Man’s Licensed Real Estate Team handles marketing, leasing and sales.
