's 100,000 square feet of residencies was designed to house 264 residents - specifically homeless special populations (HIV/AIDS, or mentally disabled), young adults aging out of foster care, and working low income single adults - served by the Client, Common Ground Community. In addition to rooms, the architects +c made sure to add communal spaces where people could congregate and form community, like the lobby, the health & counseling support services center, and green outdoor gardens.​​​​​​​​
