Congratulations to Kate and Jerel! Proud first time home buyers of a beautiful new home! I first met Kate and Jerel months ago. They shared their wish to own their own home. Despite a tough, fast paced real estate market we worked together to make this happen. They just closed on a picture perfect home in a brand new development.
