At Franklin Square Village in Gloucester Township, New Jersey, Fairstead implemented a rehabilitation plan that included kitchen and bathroom renovations, installation of water-saving plumbing fixtures, LED interior and exterior lighting fixtures, new energy-saving appliances, and the replacement of HVAC systems and hot water heaters.

The year-long renovations were well received by residents and upon completion, the team was surprised with over 85 handwritten thank you notes!
