Life for me is a little bit of everything! I’m building my real estate career, creating content for JustAskAsha, vlogging, sharing hotel, restaurant and travel reviews, AND pursuing my degree in Business & Marketing. 🎓❤️

But behind every goal and every dream is my FAMILY. ❤️ They are my biggest motivation and the reason I keep pushing for more.

I’ve been fortunate enough to experience different countries, cultures, food and beautiful places around the world 🌎 — and my bucket list is nowhere near finished! ✈️😂

🏡 Think you need 20% down to buy a home in Florida? Think again!

If you’re an eligible Florida resident, there may be programs that can help with your down payment and closing costs.

Florida Hometown Heroes may offer up to $35,000, and Florida Assist may provide up to $10,000.

⚠️ Funding is limited, so if you think you may qualify, talk to a participating lender soon.

There are also local programs and VA loans that may help.

Every program has its own requirements, so make sure you check your eligibility.

💰 Who actually pays the real estate commission?

There’s been a LOT of confusion about this lately - especially for buyers.

The rules around how agent compensation is handled have changed, but one thing hasn’t: you deserve to know exactly how your REALTOR® is being compensated.

Buyer-agent compensation is negotiated upfront, sellers can still agree to contribute toward it, and commissions are negotiable - not set by law.
