My last closing of 2025 is a profoundly special one. I have known my client for well over a decade, and she has become not only a VIP client but a friend. I’ve watched her life evolve over the years and this is the second home we have sold together. I deeply appreciate her faith in me and her loyalty to me. As she closes her Connecticut chapter and returns to Manhattan, I am full of gratitude. Helping people move through the stages of their lives is one thing I love most about this career. Heartfelt emotion today at the dedication of Jim Isermann’s Pride Monument in Frances Stevens Park. Celebrating 40 years of Pride in Palm Springs, the piece is now part of the city’s permanent public arts collection. Incorporating the lambda, the triangle and the rainbow flag, Jim created a beautiful tribute to the LGBTQ+ history, present and future. Beautiful to drive by, but worth parking and experiencing it up close 🏳️‍🌈

I have been filling Vista Las Palmas with fabulous new neighbors! I’m so excited to have been able to bring this one together for my buyers - a rare Krisel floorplan with all the right original details! Definitely a challenging negotiation and escrow on this one but they persevered and now it’s theirs. After a week of moving, settling, furnishing and improving, they say they could not be happier! That’s what we like to hear 🖤🏡

This little Litchfield cottage has quite a history! My clients and I discovered it back in the frenzy of the pandemic summer of 2020, when every New Yorker wanted desperately to escape the city for fresh air, space and some semblance of a normal life. The house hit the market for $465,000 and because we had experience, we came in with a clean cash offer at $480,000 which secured it for them against multiple bidders. Fast forward to summer 2024 and my clients are now leaving NYC and their little cottage in Litchfield. We listed it at $595,000 and within 6 days we had 7 offers. We didn’t even accept the highest bid, but rather went with the cleanest one, at $625,000. And this story has two interesting postscripts: the buyers were one of the original bidders back in 2020 that missed out on the house. Not this time! And it turned out during escrow that the buyers and my clients have multiple mutual friends. The transaction was smooth and the closing is done. Congrats to all: my fantastic sellers, the great new buyers, my business partner and the buyers agent, the exceptional 🇬🇧. This deal had all the feels ✨🏡✨

This is that quintessentially Connecticut house that everyone wants but are difficult to secure unless you have the right agent navigating you through it.
