We viewed maybe 8 properties in 4 cities, this one was number one on their list and let’s just say we got the house under contract within hours after putting in the offer. We offered $3k over asking, CCA, and home inspection with repairs if needed! All accepted! We are officially closing in December and they are relocating in from Illinois!

The process was not by far easy for her but it was well worth the journey!! Well… well… this journey was NOT easy! Taught me lots of patience. Made me a counselor, life coach, and motivational speaker all in one!

This deal taught me everything isn’t easy, the business isn’t easy, you will have highs, you will have lows. But of it all its how you come out that matters the most!

As their Realtor I earned their trust and confidence. I was able to use my teaching skills to get them through! It took them TWO months to close BUT they made it! They did EVERYTHING right but the seller had a hiccup on their end! They were determined. I am looking forward to the pool party next summer! Congrats Armenia and Rashid! 🎉🥳

Also, sticking to your budget allows you to have a cushion for incidentals, because we all know things can happen so randomly. Bottom line be realistic with your budget! Bring house poor is NOT the goal!!
