POV: I’m headed to the gym… 💪🏽🏃🏽♀️
You probably thought this post was about workouts and cardio… but nope 😅 — this is actually about COMMUNITY, CULTURE, and supporting local businesses that deserve to be seen. 🇭🇹✨
While heading to the gym, I came across one of the most visually stunning food trucks I’ve seen in a long time. Of course, I had to stop. The truck is completely wrapped in a beautiful Haitian heritage mural that celebrates the Haitian diaspora, culture, pride, and community in such a bold and artistic way. It instantly grabbed my attention.
I introduced myself to the owner, Wilbaz because I genuinely wanted to know more about this mobile beauty and where the community could find them. The passion, presentation, and cultural representation were everything. 💙❤️
Make sure you stop by and support them this Sunday, May 17th, on Nostrand Avenue in Canarsie during Haitian Flag Day festivities! 🇭🇹🔥
Moments like this remind me why I love what I do beyond real estate. Highlighting Black-owned businesses, Haitian-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and the beauty within our neighborhoods will always matter to me.
