Transforming your mindset into a Winner mindset is so crucial to deal with what life decides to throw at you....more than ever I committed myself to that goal...
Tony Robbins said "Success in life is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics — what you do doesn’t matter if you aren’t in the right mindset."
More than ever, I believe its true, in all facets of life. Anyone can psych themselves to do anything outside their conform zone or their bad spot....but that can only last so long as their motivation allows them....
When you make the choice to transform your mindset, into the Winner being that you desire to be, to face your obstacle, through consistent pratice, through the use of tools ....only then, can you create that being, of confidence, of a force that cant be reckon with, that leaves other in awe of the energy and the presence you provide...thus the mechanics, the skills become an extension of your new being, not memorized skills that you only draw when its needed.
Why I'm sharing this? I actually completed a "8" day challenge with Tony Robbins, and its been such a unique experience for me...and things have shifted for me, mentally...theres more clarity, more sense of self, and more receptiveness to transforming my life, to a Life I love, not given by my past or my fears or my current situation
What ever it is you're up against, find something that'll give you the power you're missing to face it...don't face it alone..
What we are going through, it should pass...it's a short set back....you got this...its gonna be ok...you were made for this

1. Before the Revolutionary War, the Lower East Side was primarily divided up by two major estates.
2. There's an old municipal bathhouse on Delancey and Rivington that's since been repurposed as a Chinese-language Protestant church.
3. The Lower East Side has a long (and continued!) history as a "gateway neighborhood," mostly thanks to its role as a garment manufacturing hub in the 19th century.
4. Bars on the Bowery used to be lethal...literally.
5. The St. Patrick's Day Parade used to run though the Lower East Side.
6. The LES was Ground Zero for the famous food riots in 1917
7. The LES is home to the city's first housing project.

On June 20, 2020, new Fair Housing regulations went into effect
1. If you are a Seller/Landlord/Buyer/Tenant, you are advised to sign New York State Housing and Anti-Discrimination Disclosure Form at the first substantive communication (this very key, to keep in mind)
The form advises you about your rights, in the event you feel, you are being treated unfairly under Fair Housing laws and Provides information on how to file a complain
2. Fair Housing Notice is to be displayed at the pre-set viewing/ private open house.In a previous post I've shared about Phase 2 guidelines,
These are mandatory guidelines from the NYS Department of health,
✔Showings are only allowed in unoccupied or vacant properties ( e.g. current owner or lessee is not inside the property)
✔All individuals visiting the property will be required to wear a face covering at all times
✔ Replace or clean and disinfect gloves after every showing ( as applicable)
✔Clean and disinfect high touch surfaces (e.g. handrails, door k***s) before and after every showing
✔Stagger showings in order to avoid the congregation of people outside and inside the properties
✔Open houses are only allowed with one party inside the property at a time

When you realize that the perception of yourself, your self Image, who you say who you are, the opinion that says " thats who you are", it gives you the life you have, the actions you take....you operate from the frame and limit given by your perception of your self, created by your past, your mistakes, your short faults.
The moment you choose yourself, and you decide to not allow the past hold you and decide for you....thats when you discover your truth self, your own worth
Similarly, to Happiness, self love is not a destination, is not a someday phenomena, or a " once I have my life together, once I get what I need or once I have my boxes set up" then I would have Self love.
Is a moment by moment choice, a constant awareness of your thoughts and what you choose to be and allow to be in the moment....thats when you connect to your greatness, to your worth, to your self love.
Choose you, today and always, leave the past in the past, accept it, embrace it and create yourself newly
