Happy 2025 to all my friends 🧱

It’s almost Christmas time and back in 2014 we already opened the doors .
I don’t remember how that night went, all I know is that we were slammed and I get a call from the boss “G, one of my best friend AB is coming and I’ll be joining him” - copy that boss!

AB walks in and I don’t know how but I still remember where I seated him, obv was one of the VIP booth…everything is set, boss obv walks in as late as it can be and that was it, saw the interactions between the two and I immediately started learning how Sugarman wanted his guests to be treated.

AB became an immediate regular, I loved seeing him because this man was always happy, full of life, always talking about weird stuff like memorabilia, things too new for me but I didn’t care much, I was just curious to know why this man was so happy all the time?

5/6yrs later boss opened and at that time I became unmanageable 😂 but perfect for bringing some of our clients downtown…and obv AB was one of them.

At the tavern I got way closer to him and it felt like was a friendship with zero business interest, completely genuine.

Left the tavern I started taking real estate more seriously and AB was one of the few people I often stayed in touch, sometimes we were going out, sometimes we hopped on captain pj and end up in Minnesota for - our friendship I believe got stronger at that conference and I was really happy to meet AB in a different setting.

Today AB is one of the ppl I talk everyday and there’s no one time I’m not happy to hear from him.

Today it’s also AB’s bday and I’m just doing my thing as it’s his first ever shoot out.

Your friendship means a lot to me.
Thank you for always being straight up, In a way I keep learning a lot about adulthood based on your past experiences with friends and business ventures.
The only sad part about all of this is that since you moved to Florida I don’t get to see you as often as I wish, but I want you to know that you’re one of the coolest and trusted people I know and I hope our friendship will last forever.
