Six years. That’s how long it took to close this estate sale.

Probate delays. Multiple heirs who couldn’t agree on a price. A title issue that surfaced eighteen months in. A buyer who walked, then another who walked too. Every estate transaction has its own timeline, and this one tested every ounce of patience I had.
