Local property management company is seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance person to join our maintenance department. You will be responsible for all upkeep and repair duties including responding to tenants’ maintenance requests, identifying the need for repairs, maintaining lawns & landscaping, general repairs and maintenance on the properties' interior and exterior facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Performing preventative maintenance.
Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
Diagnosing maintenance issues and correcting them.
Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and lawns.
Conduct performance assessments of company appliances, such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens and boilers.
Requirements:
Solid experience with plumbing and electrical systems.
Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
Extremely organized with good communication skills.
Must be available for emergencies on holidays and weekends.
Must have your own tools.
Must have your own vehicle.
Minimum of 5 years experience required
Provide at least 5 references
