2- When you’re wearing it:
When you genuinely possess the ability to metaphorically "walk in someone else's shoes," you gain a profound understanding of their perspective and experiences.
(((((It involves skills such as empathy, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and effective interpersonal communication.)))))
3- You’re not a Buddha:
Possessing a high level of emotional intelligence does not imply achieving a state of enlightenment like Buddha. It does not exempt you from conflicts, confrontations, or occasional dislikes towards others, nor does it make you universally liked. However, what it does is fortify your ability to navigate these challenges without detrimentally impacting your relationships or social skills.
(((((People with high emotional intelligence are often better at navigating social situations, building strong relationships, and handling stress and conflict in a healthy manner.)))))
4- Shoes at your doorsteps:
If you can genuinely step into other people's perspectives within your personal space, demonstrating a deep understanding of their thought processes, you become a more effective personnel in your professional domain.
