Happy 1 year Solo Agent Anniversary to me!
My real estate journey started in Montreal heading the sales of 150 units in 2 new development buildings as sales director.

When I moved to NYC, I wanted to lead with humility and knowledge, so I decided to join a team.

1 year ago, mid global pandemic, I made the decision to finally strike out as a solo agent.

Was it scary? 100% Was it worth it? Also 100% .

Another building sold!

A common misconception in all real estate transactions in NYC, not just multi-families, is that the process is straight forward.

It is NOT.

As agents we need to constantly shepherd the transaction, acting as a confidant, team builder, intermediary and sleuth, anticipate, prepare and react to a range of potential pitfalls and manage emotions in high level transactions.

It’s challenging but rewarding work.

I’m so pleased that my colleague David Bibian and I were able to accomplish what we set out to do - sell a complex building to the right buyer!
