With over 30 years of experience in the real estate business, my career started in the foreclosure department at Green Point Savings Bank in Flushing, New York. I was part of a large team responsible for the property management, litigation, sale, and disposition of single-family homes, multifamily buildings, condominiums, warehouses, shopping centers, and vacant land. I crisscrossed every city and
town from White Plains in Westchester County to Westhampton, Suffolk County and became familiar with the characteristics of the real estate market in each locale. The baptism by fire real estate experience I received in those five years has allowed me to become a trusted resource for my clients today. Since then, I have been involved in the purchase, sale, mortgage, lease, renovation, and management of all property types throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. I am a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York(REBNY), Long Island Board of Realtors, OneKey, and NYS Multiple Listing Services. After successfully completing advanced financial and asset management educational classes, I attained the Certified Property Manager(CPM®) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management(IREM®). I attended the University of Miami where I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance. I worked as a student manager for the Hurricanes’ Basketball and Football teams, as well as a game day supervisor for the inaugural years of the Miami Heat. I have been an active NYS Emergency Medical Technician at the Forest Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps since 2008 and even served as the organization’s president.
