***10 Ways to stack money for your down payment on a house***.

First let me preface this by saying, you should make all of your friends and family members aware of your goal to buy a house 🏡, then you can proceed with the following plans.

1. Save bonuses at the end of the year from your job.

2. Save refunds you get from your taxes.

3. Ask family and friends to give you money for your Birthday instead of gifts.

4. Ask family and friends to give you money for Christmas instead of gifts.

5. Set a budget to save $100 to $200 a month. If you earn more than that and can afford to put $1,000 to $2,000 aside then do that. Or 10% - 20% of your check.

6. Tell all of your friends and family members about your goal and start a go fund me page.

7. Graduation 🎓 ask for cash instead of gifts.

8. When hosting any holiday dinners ask each person to donate$10. (You were going to cook for them anyway.)

9. Get a second job and save half if not all of your earnings.

10.Start a quick online business with Instagram, Shopify or Amazon and stack those funds.💵

We need to remind ourselves, that with all the chaos going on in this world that there will be a brighter day. How we dress and how we carry ourselves through the turmoil determines how well we come out on the other side of it. Mental health is crucial to our survival, so even on the days when you're not feeling your best, challenge yourself to push through, get dressed, get up and get out. It will make a difference. As a parent raising children sometimes you think that they are not listening to you or that you're annoying them and in some cases you might be. Lol However, I can assure you, if you just give them the information and walk away, instead of trying to beat it in to their heads, they will surprise you.

Parenting is not about getting it right all the time, it's not about having all the answers; but I can assure you that it's through leading by example that they learn most. I don't mean that you have to lead by being a perfect parent, but by learning from life's lessons and keeping your head up and persevering... I thank my son for teaching me that.

One of the best places for families to go to during the Christmas 🎄 season in New York City is Bryant Park. You can get it all done here with the kids.

Let's face it, traveling with kids can some times bum you out. With cries of, I'm bored or I have to go to the bathroom and I'm hungry turning your happy family Christmas outing into a free for all.

Bryant Park's Winter Village takes care of all of that. You have, shops to do your holiday shopping, an ice skating rink for Dad and the kids when they get bored, food and drinks and most importantly public restrooms which are very well maintained.

However, if you find the line for the bathroom too long you have the Bryant Park Hotel just across the way and if you need to pickup more healthy snacks, there's also a Whole foods supermarket nearby with a bathroom, with your purchase of course.

If you've always dreamed of living in New York City now is your time. "As reports all boroughs of New York have seen a significant decrease in rents, with the largest decrease being in Manhattan." Both Manhattan and Brooklyn have had a 12 year record of rentals being snatched up off the market place by renters looking for killer deals.
