We are currently seeking "experienced field inspection contractors" for a growing inspection company. If you have experience in Freddie Mac and or Fannie Mae property inspections this opportunity is for you.

You will be completing inspection surveys for commercial and residential properties. The type of survey reports consists of property condition reports, occupancy verification, insurance, mortgage, bank, construction inspections, and more. These reports help to determine the quality and condition of the investment, including identifying areas of improvement to increase the efficiency of the investments.

You will be traveling to various locations throughout NYC, NJ, and the surrounding areas to obtain photos and documentation. Auto transportation is required when traveling outside of the NYC area, and public transportation is recommended where possible.

Contractors requirements:
The responsibilities consist of reporting on visual/photos exterior and interior inspections:
Photo documentation via our app
Reporting on Common areas,
Rental units
Building mechanicals
Flat walk-on roofing
Report on operating procedures
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
Report on a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
Experience in Freddie Mac and or Fannie Mae property inspections
Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hud, other certifications are a plus
