Home buying? To purchase a house or an apartment.

While home buying may seem like an overwhelming process it really isn't as complicated as it may seem. One of the first things you should do before purchasing a home is saving money for a down payment and closing cost. A down payment amount will typicall be anywhere between 3.5% - 20% depending on what kind of loan you will be obtaining. Pre approvals last about 90 days so it is important to be ready once you go for your pre approval as to not have more credit inquiries on your credit than nessecary. Once you get your pre approval letter you are ready to start searching for a home the easiest way to go about this is to speak to a REAL ESTATE SALES PERSON, and tell them what you are looking for in a home within your price range. The process of purchasing and closing on a home could take anywhere between 30 and 90 days but under certain circumstances, it could be more or less.

As always with such high temperatures it makes for a poor air quality, try and keep cool and remain hydrated to fight this heat as heat exaustion is real and dangerous!

Get a look at what's hot and selling in your neighborhood and try to stick with similar things as it's what buyers will be looking for in your area. No budget to do huge upgrades, search around as many times small busineses will tend to have better pricing and be more negotiable on things instead of big box stores and even doing simple things like a good deep cleaning, and painting light bright neutral colors will make any room appear bigger than it is and bring better offers.

It's important when looking for a real estate sales person that you find one who offers you patience and dedication, someone who will treat you with the importance that you deserve.
