Don't worry about what's true. Worry about what you believe is true. Make sure you believe things that empower you. And once you have empowering beliefs, put ALL of your attention on the things that lift you up. And another one!
My first close on a property outside of Brooklyn. My clients had been looking for sometime, orginally we were looking for properties in Brooklyn but with the market changing rapidly, with interest rates and rents rising they decided to look outside of BK.

A few weeks after making the decision to look outside of Brooklyn, we were able to find a nice single family property in the Bronx that met the majority of my clients’ needs.

And another 1, Closed! On a beautiful 2 family Brick Home located in East NY.

This client came to me through a referral from my good friend whom I actually sold an investment property to, back in 2018.

We went around and checked out a variety of properties over 1 weekend and we were able to narrow it down to this beauty. My client didn’t hesitate, he put in a decent offer and was able to lock in a decent rate before the interest rates took another hike.

We crunched some numbers, figured out different strategies to increase the rental income and everything steered towards this property being an ideal asset both in the short term and long term.

Don’t sleep on East NY, these homes have gone up over 100% in price since 2014!

This is my first time where I have a client who’s never met me in person but has taking me on as an agent to find them a home in Brooklyn. For the past few months I’ve been showing propeties around Bedstuy to my buyer via FaceTime! It’s been a great journey and I feel honored that someone put their trust in me to purchase such a large asset without ever meeting me in person.

Quick back story. I picked this property up from a lead when shopping at Home Depot around 2 years ago. I got the sellers number and gave him a call to see if he was interested in selling, we both had different numbers in mind so we parted our ways. Fast forward and we’re now in a pandemic so I decided to call him back to see if he was still interested in selling. We negotiated for over 3-4 months and we finally managed to come to an agreement. Moral of the story is to be persistent and follow up, follow up, follow up. It’s not a race, it’s a journey! Stay focused and consistent. (I’m continuously figuring out how to improve that part as it’s easier said than done)
