Jafri Capital has successfully arranged $6.5MM in construction financing for the redevelopment of a Luxury Residential Community including four waterfront homes in Redington Beach, a HOT suburb in St. Petersburg, FL. The Sponsor was able to maximize their business plan by receiving 85% LTC and closed in under thirty days from signed term sheet to close.

Scott Glazer, of strategic partner Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC - Commercial Division, originated the deal.

I usually don’t speak up but my mentor told me to speak up and start telling my story…

Five years ago I took a leap of faith after getting screwed over, being told I wasn’t able to make it in New York real estate, and I belonged “back on Wall Street not in Manhattan controlled real estate” . That motivated me more than anything .

Since than , I founded Jafri Capital, LLC which led to the founding of Jafri Journal and JafCap . Now all under one umbrella , www.Jafrigroup.com , furthermore partnerships with Lynx Mortgage Bank LLC.

Some say I’m fearless , some say relentless , some say ruthless . The real answer is sacrifice, persistence, and hard work. It’s about real passion and cultivating real long term relationships.

First it was Covid , now a recession , nothing is bringing down. In reality , I am learning everyday and just getting started. Cities like Manhattan make me who I am , cities like Tampa taught me how to adjust during the worst times to survive. Manhattan is HQ and always will my home. Tampa has a special place in my heart, it’ll be my second home and office till I retire.
