We were immersed in Asian culture the moment we entered the neighborhood. From walking the streets of Flushing to dining at this immersive restaurant, it felt like we traveled to a different part of the world.

Had my first skin check yesterday by Dr Rose .
I've been told for years the importance of getting annual skin checks but I put it off.
It wasn't until I met Dr Rose in a public setting that I added it to my schedule. It was her excitement about what she does that got my attention.
My visit was easier than I'd expected. Questions were answered that I didn't know I had. The experience was 10 out if 10 - highly recommend.

Show love to your skin. It's the largest organ on your body.

Yesterday I went to Albany and had tea time with some of my Day Ones.
Although my relationships with them are individual (meaning we aren't a group of friends), I decided to have one meetup.
We had a great time sipping tea and sharing stories .

These women know me, love me and have shown up for me.
I left Albany many years ago, but distance hasn't affected our bonds. I can call any one of them no matter when last we spoke and vice versa.

I wanted to show my appreciation for their friendship so we spent some quality time together and made some sweet memories.
