IKEA is coming to the Upper East Side on April 15th!

It's an entirely new concept. Customers come to see the furniture and then place an order to have it delivered.

It may beat dragging your new DAGSTORP sofa up Lexington Avenue, but will you be ready to pay that delivery fee?

This article does a great job explaining how NO FEE apartments work. Many landlords are willing to cover the broker fee to lower potential tenants' barrier to entry.

I do most of my business in no fee apartments.

So don't pay a fee, rent with me.

Some neighborhoods have more no-fee apartments than others.

This past weekend was a fantastic celebration of the Irish culture in New York City. Here are some great spots in NYC to visit the other 364 days of the year that show the the Irish community's continuing and significant influence on the greatest city in the world.

Are there any other places that come to your mind?

St. Patrick’s Day is almost here, and though its modern iteration seems to have devolved into a daylong drinking activity, it’s still a good time to reflect on New York’s Irish heritage.

I thought this article did a pretty decent job of taking an honest look at the pros and cons of living in New York City. I probably would have included and focused on some more pros, but that’s just me.

It’s an essential read if you’re thinking of moving here and an interesting one if you already do.

Ordering groceries online and getting them delivered is getting more and more popular in New York City. I always recommend it for clients living on the high floors of walk ups or in up-and-coming areas where the big chain supermarkets haven't moved in yet. Sometimes it's even cheaper than walking to the store and lugging everything back home. So why not?!
