Celebrity real estate news:
Demi Moore recently settled on $45 Million after no traction in 2015 at $75 Million for her Upper West side co-op. It has also been reported that Tom Brady insisted on moving up to the 12th floor of his building on 70 Vestry for an extra $10 Million. In addition, Ralph Lauren is still paying $70K a day for his shuttered Fifth Avenue flagship store, which may or may not be one of the most expensive lease across NYC. Lauren's competitor, Tommy Hilfiger’s penthouse is once again for sale and it seems as though he is motivated to part with the property quickly.
