Not every lender is the right lender for what you're trying to do.

I'm an investment property mortgage lender — 1 to 4 family, apartment buildings, medical offices, auto body shops. If you're buying a primary residence condo or co-op, that's not me, that's a different institution.

Everybody in New York State needs a buyer's agent.

Agency means who you represent in a transaction — there's a buyer side and a seller side. If you go to a seller's agent thinking you'll save on commission, that's not how it works. They may not mislead you, but they're not engaged to represent you.
