roject meetings, manage properties and job sites. As I became older, I would handle investment analysis, negotiations, purchases, property and project management for Di Stasio Properties. Throughout this time I’ve also spent more than 10 years as an Executive IT Consultant in the technology sector. Working very hard to serve clients needs and following a strict consultative sales approach that allowed me to solve my customers business challenges. Leveraging this methodology my team and I designed, deployed and managed advanced technology solutions that drove operational efficiencies, decreased costs and increased business performance. Over this time I managed more than $250 million dollars in organic new business revenue and holding both senior leadership and individual contributor positions. The attributes I acquired assisted me in honing my skills in business and real estate, seeing great success and now pass this on to my cliental. In 2013, torn between both passions, I made the decision to leave the corporate world and go full time into real estate investment. Halcyon Investment Group, a private real estate investment & licensed development firm headquartered in Bergen County, NJ was formed. My core focus of projects include new construction, development and restoration of residential and multi family properties. Directly handling site planning, property & building design, construction, interior finishings and sales & marketing. My many years as a real estate buyer has allowed me to work with a multitude of real estate agents around the world. As of the last few years or so I’ve unfortunately noticed a serious decline in true customer care and a lackadaisical approach in which they serve their cliental. Driving poor results but doing the same old thing expecting a change. Seeing this gap of quality agents it became clear that I could leverage my background in consultative sales to serve property buyers, sellers and investors in a much more relevant and valuable way. Adding real customer service, true knowledge and 20 plus years of being around and in this industry. I don't think like a Real Estate Agent, I think like you and if I wouldn't personally buy, sell or invest in a certain property, I would never recommend you do. Bergen County, NJ has been my home for over 20 years and is still where I reside with my wife, of 18 years, and two children. I spent 12 years in the Fire Service as a Volunteer Fire Fighter and am very passionate about motorsports. Racing Shifter Karts, Formula Ford, Formula 3000 and Atlantic here in the US and in Italy.
