🎉🎉 JUST CLOSED — and like every sale, this one had its own story :)

Before our paths crossed last summer, my clients had been searching for their next home for the last 2–3 years. When we finally met, things clicked. Their focus became clear and everything moved forward. Once we successfully purchased their new home, and they were settled and ready, we turned our attention to selling the family home they had loved for many years. Once again, I was there every step of the way, mindful of their timing and pace but also of the local market conditions.

Six months. Two major moves. Real strategy, careful planning, and experienced ex*****on. We navigated challenges along the way (because there always are), stayed intentional from start to finish, and kept our eyes on the goal. And the result? 14% over asking price and the first sale on their street to break into the 700s!

I love when my listing becomes the one that sets a new benchmark for a street or neighborhood, and this one did just that.
