George & Linda began their Real Estate careers in 2010/2011 respectively after serving for almost 25 years with the NYC Police Department. Their extensive tenure with the NYPD equipped them with invaluable skills in communication, problem-solving, and collaboration among department members and other agencies, all conducted with the utmost courtesy, professionalism & respect. Upon their retirement, these skills have transitioned into Real Estate sales. Still interacting and using these skills daily, but with the stated goal of helping others buy and or sell a home. In 2019, George & Linda moved to “Paradise” Venice, Florida where they became licensed as REALTORS®. In 2023 they were recruited by Engel & Völkers Suncoast and established “The Duquette Team,” a powerhouse partnership committed to exceeding clients’ expectations. With 14 years of experience in the business, they have continued to ensure growth in the field.
