Ashley Teitel-Yonas is a Los Angeles native who began her real estate career nearly a decade ago, in one of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets—NYC. Just months into her new career, Ashley very quickly became a rising star in the brokerage world by securing the listing of a 57-unit luxury development in midtown Manhattan. Her top-notch negotiating skills and creative marketing approach
enabled Ashley to achieve record breaking profits for her clients and earned her the honor gracing the cover of The Real Deal Magazine in January 2013; where she was credited with having 7 of the top 20, highest priced rental listings in Manhattan. Following her undergraduate studies at UCLA, Ashley studied Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy at the Raphael Recanati International School in Herzliya, Israel. During this time, she not only sharpened her business and negotiation skills, but also her interpersonal communication skills. The exposure gained from living and studying abroad, enabled Ashley to forge long-term friendships with people from all over the world, while helping her understand and connect with a variety of different backgrounds and cultures. As such, she established herself as the go-to real estate agent for foreign dignitaries, international political figures, and members of royal families from the Middle East. As a listing agent, Ashley draws upon sound market knowledge, while employing out-of-the-box thinking and creative marketing strategies to ensure that sellers get top dollar for their property. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she prides herself on having sold properties at or above ask, which had previously languished on the market for months or even years when listed by other agents. On the buy side, Ashley has represented some of the most savvy, real estate investors and developers, finding them true, ‘off-market,’ value-add properties. When working with more traditional buyers Ashley is dedicated, attentive, thorough, and tenacious about finding them their dream home. In today’s low inventory market—when even the most established agents are unable to draw upon their networks to find available properties—she delivers hidden gems, time and time again. Ashley has been a long-time resident LA’s westside. Previously calling Brentwood home, she has spent the past seven years in Westwood, where she currently resides in the esteemed Wilshire Corridor with her husband and son, Isaac. Her areas of specialty include Westwood, Century City, Rancho Park, Little Holmby, Bel Air and Brentwood—with a special emphasis on condos in Wilshire Corridor. When she is not working, Ashley is an active in promoting the welfare of others by serving on the board of several charitable organizations including ORT America and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Global Development program. She also received the prestigious honor of being named a student ambassador by Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Professionally, she serves as a board member of YJP’s Real Estate Network and is an active member of GLAR.
