CRES and MBA are working with Goldman Sachs and The Related Companies to kickoff our second annual undergraduate real estate competition! This is an opportunity you don't want to miss!

Students in groups of 2-5 will have the opportunity to develop a solution for a real estate case to be announced. Teams will be asked to submit a brief (5-7 slide) PowerPoint deck with their results and findings. The top five submissions will be selected to present to judges from Goldman Sachs’ real estate division. The winning team will receive a prize.

The case will be released on April 13th at 11:59 P.M. EST. Registration will be open until April 17th at 11:59 P.M. EST, and submissions will be accepted until April 22th at 11:59 P.M. EST.

Selected teams will present to the panel of judges on April 25th.

Please note: The case is open to students of all years and experience levels. No prior knowledge of real estate or finance is necessary. We encourage students of all majors to participate.

This year, we are partnering with the Goldman Sachs AIMS Real Estate group to recruit the best Columbia students for their summer analyst program.

The AIMS Real Estate group evaluates external real estate investments across a range of geographies and investment styles. Investments include single assets and portfolio acquisitions, joint venture opportunities, secondary investments in real estate funds, and fund-of-fund investments.
