Safety Week 2026 highlights the importance of looking out for one another both on and off the jobsite. This year Lettire conducted safety stand downs along with CPR and Stop the Bleed training classes in the office and the field. These activities reinforce the importance of staying prepared, aware, and committed to the mindset that safety comes first on every jobsite, every day.

Last week we celebrated the topping out of our BRC LIC project, marking a major step forward in delivering new transitional housing and supportive services. This progress is a direct result of the commitment, teamwork, and coordination of our field teams and project partners as we push ahead into the next phase!

Honored to join Barrier Free Living at their annual gala and share more about Freedom Village, the newest supportive housing development. Freedom Village is a reflection of what strong partnerships can build. We’re proud to support a nonprofit creating real change in the lives of New Yorkers.

Our work is complete, but the story of Freedom Village is just beginning! A proud addition to the Lower East Side will soon open its doors to residents, offering affordable homes and a fresh start. Rising 13 stories with 75 apartments, the building was designed and constructed to meet the highest accessibility standards, creating a welcoming and inclusive place to call home.

Big news for The Bronx! We were honored to welcome to the future site of Fordham Landing, a transformative, mixed-use, transit-oriented development that will reshape the Harlem River waterfront. This landmark project will bring new affordable housing, jobs, and open space to the community providing direct access to the waterfront. It will shape a vibrant new community, leaving a meaningful and lasting legacy for future generations.

We are grateful to be part of this incredible effort and thankful for the continued partnership and support of our local, city, and state leaders. We look forward to bringing this vision to life!
