I've seen a million and 1 apartment and houses during my real estate career. But this home I did an estimate to clean out for was truly spectacular. Never in all my years running thru Riverdale and fieldston ( both HS parties), and showing homes have I seen such elegance, or such a large plot of land. If you know fieldston or Riverdale you know that the usual outdoor space is barely more than what you get when you buy a brownstone. This property has nearly an acre of land along with 6500sqft of space, and a stones throw from wave Hill

Today was a beautiful day for a farmers market, and helping the community properly dispose of E-waste. helped Bronx residents gain back space in their homes, and recycle e-waste. We will be having other events in as well as the rest of in the near future. Please stay tuned.

The weather is brutal just like the environment you grew up in if you're from doesn't matter if you came from a good home or not, if youre from the bronx you've had to struggle in one way or another to survive (or many ways) to see past 30.

I've done so much im not proud of anymore, few things I am still proud of, lost lots of friends to a host of different reasons, but those who are still friends are family.

One thing I've always been proud of is my business integrity, since I started feeling like a real real estate after I left the company I started my career with. I feel I've performed to the best of my ability to help my clients rent/sell/buy with the best information I can provide. Of course commissions were always a factor. But on many deals I've worked with both sides and taking a hit to make sure both parties could come to an agreement (if I liked them, or if all my hard work would crumble if I didnt).

Today I felt like not working, and just strolled around the bronx, went to areas I havent been to in years. Stopped in a store I respect a lot, but haven't been to since their 1st year. I was happy to support them and purchase some items for my boys who've moved to different cities (pre-covid) so they can rep their hometown no matter where they are.
