With a background as a real estate attorney, mortgage broker, developer, consultant, and executive for a bank specializing in new development finance nationally, his broad experience affords Shannon a deep understanding of all aspects of a transaction. With his vast network of industry relationships, which includes investors, developers, architects, engineers, mortgage brokers, bankers, and a host
of other real estate professionals, Shannon stays on top of all local, national and international industry trends. Shannon's experience includes overseeing $750 million worth of real estate transactions, from residential sales and leasing to new development representation, commercial sales and leasing and financing. Beyond New York, he oversaw the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy for a high-end, eight-unit seaside condo development in ultra-exclusive Carbon Beach, along the coastline of Malibu, California. Specializing in new development sales and rentals, Shannon offers superb analytical skills, keen insight, a personable manner, and total dedication to his clients as he guides them toward the fulfillment of their needs. "My job is not just to educate my clients on pricing," he says, "but also to relay a knowledge base that will allow them to feel comfortable with their choice of neighborhood and home." Shannon lives in Greenwich Village, a neighborhood he appreciates for its history, architecture and proximity to Hudson River Park. Originally from Upstate New York, he served as a flight medic in the Air Force for six years, earned a Bachelor's in Political Science, specializing in International Economies, from SUNY Buffalo as well as a JD/LLM from Chicago Kent College of Law. He has lived in some of the great cities of the country, including Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles and San Francisco, and in his free time enjoys skiing, cooking and exploring the city he calls home.
