Very Important Info for Coop and Condo owners Covd 19 assistance!

I have helped many of my clients who needed help with getting into mortgage deferement/forbearance programs due to loss of income from Covid 19 lockdowns etc.

One thing I noticed, tenants now have help with arrears in NY. Homeowners also as mentioned. But coops and condos were left out.

I wrote to govt. officials, agencies etc and got some answers that are just developing as we speak!

IF you are a coop shareholder or condo owner, and behind on maintenance or HOA fees, you may qualify for help.The programs are still in the draft stages, but stay tuned to this site for actual updates.

Someone sent me this! Where do I begin? S*x sells!?! Oohhk....but then Zillow is to Real Estate what P**n is to Reality. Oh, and "Donna" is the real estate agent before the internet. That's exactly how they may have sounded back in the day! LOL! Luckily, we, the updated version of Real Estate professionals at least have a nicer, breathy voice, not the grating, gum chewing, step on your last nerve kind in this video. LOL! Ah, and yes, when you click Contact Agent...you will get from 1 to 5 agents calling you back. And no, they are not the listing agent typically (9 out of 10 times). Just so you are not confused. And yes...Zillow makes everything look Aaaahmazing...but there is a LOT to know before you plop down your life savings on a house...so think hard and make sure you make the right decision...help from a Buyer's agent that will be there to make sure you know what you're getting yourself into is a big plus.
