One day a little girl traveled through the darkness with her favorite doll in hand. She was scared and confused of the unknown. She came to a country with one language, she had no idea she would be the same woman in this picture. She wasn't capable of envisioning this far but she spread positivity everywhere she went. Through the tribulations of life she didn't become bitter but convicted to shine even through the storms she would have to survive. When I see images of refugees and immigrants I never forget I am one of them. No matter where life takes me. 🗯🙏 Allow me to introduce myself I am Lisbeth, first generation entrepreneur in my family, rule breaker and trend setter! Seldom do we reflect on the “Wins” but here is a story we reflected on today. We acquired our biggest listing a multi million dollar one, in 2019; it was the most distressed property that had little probabilities of being sold. Needless to say we sold this building in the beginning of COVID, March 2020!! This sale propelled our lives in the direction we always dreamed of. The magnitude of dedication involved in expediting this (miracle )sale is something to feel proud of ever so often. In case you’re wondering it is 97,889 sq. ft & 4.34 Acres! MASSIVE (We lassoed it to Sale!)

Everybody has a story; ours started when we purchased this home. It was Sandy & Irene damaged we purchased it in distress from Fannie Mae. We poured all our money into it, borrowed for repairs. It’s truly our pride & joy; we couldn’t have done it without my mother. 🙏We’ve owned it since 2017 first year flood insurance was drowning us we couldn’t find tenants. Not once did we think of STR, big mistake! 🫣 Fast forward in 2020 after much convincing from my husband, we took the RISK, little did I know, we launched it on AIRBNB!🤩 This is how we started, the rest is history. We were able to quarantine in Honolulu the entire time while generating income from this home! Just the top unit because we had a tenant downstairs! At first you are fearful of the “What if?” but when you see your revenue those doubts fade. Mine did and I’ve never had regrets!

'Iolani Palace in downtown Honolulu on the Island of Oahu is the only royal palace in the United States and is an enduring symbol of Hawaiian independence. It was the official residence and capitol of the last ruling monarchs of the Kingdom of Hawai'i - King Kalakaua and his sister Queen Lili'uokalani. After the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawai'i in 1893, the building was used as the capitol for the various Hawaiian governments.
