Catching up on some updates to my FB business account ..I'm happy to share that in May I joined S&B Realty located at 3924 N. Ocean Blvd in Ft. Lauderdale. In late 2022 I decided to branch out a bit from my traditional real estate business and I started a vacation rental business. I’m so happy to share that since then I’ve had the pleasure of hosting and meeting many wonderful guests from all around the country. It’s been so special to help visitors enjoy their vacation time here in Fort Lauderdale. So far my vacation home has 12 five star reviews in the first six months! More renting for them! Despite this home being a perfect little gem in a very popular area of rapidly increasing home values, we got thousands off the asking price and faced much less competition than usual…the market has shifted!
