HOA's can be strict or mellow...I was researching the vibe of a neighborhood for a client and came across an active lawsuit the HOA filed against a homeowner for keeping 17 ducks on their property.. The homeowner claims they are all emotional support ducks. The suit remains open. 🦆🐥🏠🚫💸
