🏡 SOLD. And this one was earned!

This condo hit the market the week before Thanksgiving… not exactly ideal timing. Over the months we held 10 open houses, worked through multiple low offers, stayed patient, and kept pushing.

In the end, my client purchased their customized condo on 11/7/25 for $423,121, decided it was too small, and today we sold it for $427,000. 📈

Real estate isn’t always easy. Sometimes it takes persistence, strategy, patience, and a seller willing to trust the process.
