Well, I guess I can finally say I’ve sold a house on an island! 🏝️😂

Today I closed on my BIGGEST and BEST sale ever — a dream property on Kelleys Island!

The buyers? One of my best friends and his wife. 🍾🏝️

The fun part is how it all started. We had been up since 4:45 AM, spent the entire day fishing on a boat, and when they decided that they wanted the property, there was only one problem… NO WIFI. 😂
So at about 11:30 PM, Joel and I drove to some dive bar/restaurant that was about to close, fired up the laptop, and I wrote up and submitted an offer. Proof that when you’re in real estate, you really can write and submit an offer anytime, anywhere — even after a full day of fishing on Lake Ontario! 🎣😂

Now they have a lifetime vacation/weekend getaway for their family!
I'd say a day of salmon fishing followed by a late-night real estate deal was worth it! I'm incredibly happy for them, incredibly proud of this sale, and honestly pretty darn lucky that I got to be the one to help make it happen.🎣🏝️

Congratulations to two great friends! Now about that invitation to Kelleys Island… 😂
