Furniture pictures: we have been asked a few times what the furniture looks like. Here are a few pictures. The color of the dressers varies betwen white, gray and wood tone. The sofas varies between tan, gray and gray/green. The desks are white or dark brown.

We are happy to say that we have received our certificate of occupancy from the city and we are ready for tenants! We look forward to seeing you all soon.

We want to give a special thank to our mom and dad who made this project possible for us through their generosity, wisdom and foresight. We appreciate all that they have done for us and the things they have taught us. We love you mom and dad!

Another update on our progress. We have been able to keep working and have made very good progress. The interiors of the units are finished except for some touch up painting and cleaning. We are working on getting the outside finished and will be doing paving, landscaping and sidewalks over the next few weeks.

Hi everyone, we wanted to give you an update on how things are progressing. In the midst of what is going on in the world, so far we have been able to continue working and we are moving along very well. In about 4 weeks we will be just about finished the inside of the building! Here are some pictures that show the current progress.
