Yesterday, I reflected on the conclusion of 2025 at Howard Hanna, and today I am happy to share the start of 2026 on a high note. This transaction was characterized by teamwork and perseverance, but I am proud to say that last week the Lanse family successfully closed on their stunning Newark home, where they have created over 20 years of cherished memories. I am honored to have assisted them in closing this chapter, paving the way for their exciting new journey. 💚 💛 When my broker presents me with a challenge, I consistently rise to the occasion with unwavering determination. This particular experience reminded me of why I pursued a career in real estate. 1st, I was hoping to empower my blended family's educational pursuits and extracurricular activities, fueling their passions and ambitions. 2nd, I chose real estate to inspire individuals in achieving their dreams. A home serves as a sacred haven for me, providing a secure environment for my family to unite and create lasting, cherished memories. My goal is to help others achieve the same. The last property I closed on in 2025 was particularly complex, yet profoundly fulfilling. I represented both the seller and the buyer, 2 families full of remarkable individuals that I am grateful to have built a relationship with. Upon acceptance of the offer, attorneys John Morell and Chris VanKirk demonstrated exceptional expertise in navigating the intricate process, resulting in a successful closing within 3 weeks.

I’m excited for 2026 and can’t wait to see the transformation of this old farmhouse, in need of extensive repairs, situated on nearly 10 acres. I am beyond happy for Josh, Jamie and their family❤️
